The design is simple, with no LED lights or buttons. It is small and light and it can be carried in a belt pouch, as a key fob, worn as a pendant or even put in a pocket or bag. The device will operate up to 24~48 hours between battery charges.
 Carers can look up the location of the user on our tracking website or APP at any time, and as often as they wish.

Shipping Policy

SOSbuddy charges a flat rate for shipping in Singapore this rate is $5.00
Once we received your order we need 3 to 5 business days to process your order.
The Product will be delivered to the address you nominate in your Order, SOSbuddy is not responsible for Products sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
After receiving your order, one of our employees will contact you to discuss the delivery with you. You can choose to have the order delivered to your home or at a pre-arranged pick-up point. We also offer you the opportunity to collect the tracker at our office. When you choose to collect the tracker at our office one of our staff will help you with setting up your device and offer you some instructions about the various functions of the tracker.

Refund Policy

Refunds: If you receive/require a refund, a standard 3% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Any additional shipping costs like express shipping will not be refunded. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service.

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund in due course, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is formally processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

14 day return and refund policy applies to all purchases made. To be eligible for a return and or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must comply with our returns protocol, please contact [email protected] to receive correct returns procedures.

SOSbuddy warrants that all Products sold under this agreement will conform in all material respects to the specification for a period of 1 year. (Warranty Period).
Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call our office.

Return address: Sosbuddy.sg, 48 Toh Guan Road East, #07-130 Enterprise Hub, Singapore 608586. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
