The SOSbuddy EV-07B is a modern and very easy to operate device with an emergency button. The tracker communicates with voice prompts, which is very pleasant for the elderly, this can also be disabled. Outdoors, the emergency alarm device works on the 4G mobile network and indoors it automatically makes contact with the docking station (Optional) via Bluetooth 5.0 and WiFi.

Functions:

The EV-07B uses 4G technology to connect the mobile network, in the event of low 4G coverage it will revert to 2 /3G by itself.
The device uses 3 different technologies to determine its location:
a) GPS for outdoor tracking
b) Bluetooth for indoor tracking
c) WIFI for indoor and outdoor tracking
Optional is the DS2 Docking station, this station connects with the tracker via Bluetooth and has it own emergency button. It also serves as a backup power unit in the event of a power outage during charging.
The EV-07B is waterproof level IPX7, this means it can be submerged in water for a limited amount of time. No worries in the shower or rain or when you drop it in water by accident.
Pressing the SOS button immediately informs the preprogrammed caregivers by calling them and sending them an SMS with the location of the carrier.
Two-way communication makes it possible to talk with each other. When the SOS button is pressed a voice call is established with one of the pre programmed numbers. The tracker can also be called from outside.
Set up zones (Geo-fences) and alerts and get notified when someone enters or leaves an set area.
The tracker has the ability to detect a fall and sent an alarm to the caregivers when this occurs. Different levels of sensitivity can be programmed.
The device comes with an easy connect magnetic USB cable for charging the EV-07B.
The Smart Locator App allows you to follow the tracker online and change settings like Geo-fence, Power mode and more. Usage of the App and online portal is free for the first 12 months.
SMS commands are used for programming the device or request for information.
SOS alerts are sent to Phone, SMS or App notification. (choose)

Shipping Policy

SOSbuddy charges a flat rate $5.00 for shipping in Singapore.
Once we received your order we need 3 to 5 business days to process your order.
The Product will be delivered to the address you nominate in your Order, SOSbuddy is not responsible for Products sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
After receiving your order, one of our employees will contact you to discuss the delivery with you. You can choose to have the order delivered to your home or at a pre-arranged pick-up point. We also offer self-collection of tracker by appointment only at our office @ 48 Toh Guan Road East #07-130 Enterprise Hub Singapore 608586, and contact us at Tel: 64686948. Do bring along an activated sim card as one of our staff will help you with setting up your device and offer you some instructions about the various functions of the tracker.

Refund Policy

Refunds: If you receive/require a refund, a standard 3% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund. Any additional shipping costs like express shipping will not be refunded. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service.

Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund in due course, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is formally processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

14 day return and refund policy applies to all purchases made. To be eligible for a return and or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must comply with our returns protocol, please contact [email protected] to receive correct returns procedures.

SOSbuddy warrants that all Products sold under this agreement will conform in all material respects to the specification for a period of 1 year. (Warranty Period).
Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] or call our office.
